- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt or 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips and/or raisins
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix dry ingredients. Leave out 1/4 cup to mix with chips, raisins, and nuts.
- Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Add chip and nut mixture.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
