1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken or turkey strips
1/2 of a 500 gram package straight macaroni
2-4 carrots, peeled and cut into thin julienne strips
1 cup snow peas
2 green onions, cut into thin, short julienne strips
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
Instructions
In a large saucepan, bring 12 cups lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni; cook according to package instructions, adding carrot during last 3 minutes; snow peas and green onion during last minute of cooking time; drain.
In a skillet, saute chicken or turkey and garlic in vegetable oil until meat is cooked. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger; heat through.
Add to macaroni-vegetable mixture, toss to mix well. Serve Immediately.
