Also known as German pancakes, dutch babies.

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Powdered sugar
- Lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Put butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish and place in the oven to melt.
- Beat eggs. Add milk, flour, and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour over melted butter in baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
